This article is for November 17th. President Obama has made an announcement about his intentions to help with the results of the Recession. Talk to me about this decision. What are your thoughts?
I wish holding a forum for the impact would work, but I think that it won't. We need to get everybody unemployed to apply. I think that employers need to somehow create new jobs. Somehow, we do need everybody to get jobs!
I've voiced my opinion on this subject many times. The government did an excellent job on repairing all the issues the recession caused. we are well on our way to being at an almost normal rate with the economy. I now believe the government should perform little to no involvement on the current situation. This style of laziez faire government has proved to work many times in the past and if we do this, the recession may end sooner than we think!
Employers really need to create new jobs asap, because we need everybody to get new jobs quickly! If everyone doesn't apply for a job soon, e will continue to stay and be kept in this slump.
I think we still need a little bit of involvement from the government, but not as much as we had needed. We're doing ALOT better than we were. We just need to start picking up the pieces and continuing where we left off, which will be hard but possible.
I'm not sure that there is anything the government can do to help with the effects of the recession. We will just have to let it all play out. I definitely don't think that this "hiring credit" idea will work. As the article said, it seems like it would be a very flawed system.
I still believe that it will take a while until the economy is back on track. Even with the government proposing new ways to bring up the employment rate, I think that business owners and employers just have to trust the government again and hire new workers. That is the only way we can get completely out of the recession.
The only thing possible that the government could do to try to get out of of this recession is having job openings. It would help us a whole lot , but we couldcome up real slowly.

Even though the government is trying to produce more jobs, I think that the business owners just have to trust the government and hire against their gut. So I believe that the government will still take a while to get back on track.
It is still going to take a long time for the recovery process to take action, but some good signs have started to show, like the rise in GDP. Although, unemployment is still declining, and that is still a major problem to our economy. I like Obama's idea to hold a meeting with CEO's to discuss ways to create jobs, but I still think more needs to be done. Hopefully after the meeting, Obama will have more ideas on how to get our economy back to a well balanced state of being.
I think that what President obama is planning to do is a good idea. It may not get everyone jobs, but at least there will be some form of relief for a portion of the US. I'm sure that once this happens, a lot more people will end up with jobs, and not the ones that are being helped by the forum.
Jobs are the obvious answer to the question we have been asked by this article. However, jobs can't just be made out of the blue. A job means that the profit a company makes is divided between workers after all expenses are taken care of. Adding a job means adding expenses and increasing the denomenator by which the profits are divided. The best solution would be to have a public work project. It would decrease unemployment, increase tourism and increase spending.
I think that the governments decision comes from the opinions of everyone else about having more jobs that promote less unemployment. I think it could help with unemployment, but honestly we really don't need it.

I think the gov't has done a great job fixing the issues the recession caused. We still need to work on the employment rate. It is killing us right now. Lets GO GOVT!!!
i really cant think of anythang the goverment can do to help because to be real goverment cant do anythang to help because they're as bad as we are or even more.... but i knew i was right the recession will not end and we're just going to have to live with it, some countrys rich some poor some will go up for some time and some will go down and then they'll switch but the crisis will not end...
jobs have been hard to get for more then months now an the government has continued to try an address the problem but we still aren't getting anywhere... me personally i dont know what our government to do but they need to do something they haven't done yet.....GIVE JOB OPENINGS.....
