I don't see why people are selling there houses' for so cheap when they are worth a lot more. It's kind of pointless unless it is necessary to move. Making petty change for your house means you'll have to buy a petty house. I think people should hold out and wait until the economy is back to normal, or somewhat close, to sell.
And for those who buy house in bulk for cheap, I think they are being very smart. They will make good money when America is out of a recession.
People selling their houses for cheap is pretty stupid if you ask me. People are rushing to sell things just to make a little change when they need to wait.
People are selling there new homes for low prices, thats dumb. Trying to get a quick buck, they are going to end up selling everything with nothing to show for it
I agree with JD, but at the same time, sometimes you cannot hold out and wait for the "tide to turn". Sometimes you have to take what life gives you and move as soon as possible. The price may not be great, but they cannot wait years and years to sell their house. Because the recession will not end quickly. It will be many years. That's the bitter sweet, drama of life.
People think they have to be homeless just to have a little money. They are selling their new homes for low prices, they need to just let things blow over and stop trying to do things so quickly
I think there are other opitions then to sell their houses for cheap. In the long run, that's not helping anything.
I think selling your house for cheaper than what they are worth is pointless because even if you just need some money you will eventually run out and may not have enough to buy another house. I think you just need to wait and stick it out because I think ultimately the economy will get better and people will buy the house for what it is worth.
