This is an extremely interesting article. I wonder if it will be published into a book soon? The predictions are rather interesting, too. It seems that we have been trying to predict the future since time began. For instance, people back in the 1950's were making movies about how in the year 2000 people would be wearing space suits and flying. It is not so today. The truth is, we cannot know. With the slippery road that the economy is currently dancing on, things could get much worse before we begin to see progress. Perhaps there might be a progression towards the past? With the "going green" craze now in our culture, perhaps people will start riding bikes again? Perhaps it will become "cool" to treat women like ladies and not "things", and perhaps we will respect each other without agenda. Who knows?
I think this article was very educational and interesting. However it kind of confussed me becasue if we know all of the things that they talked about like, cat and hamsters may cause illnesses, then why dont we just take action now? Why do we have to wait over 60 years? It seems like we know a whole lot but were not taking action. What are we waiting for? Honestly, I cant even imagine what the world is gong to be like in 67 years. Only time can tell I guess.
