Walmart Is Adding What?

I am not a fan of Wal-Mart at all. This is a good thing that I hope will catch on with other stores. The articles mentioned Target Inc. and if the local Target had a clinic I would be much more likely to attend that one as opposed to the Wal-Mart clinic. Otherwise I might even just go to Urgent Care so I could get more professional help. Either way though this is another good step to making Health Care for all people.... though it is just a mask for the Wal-Mart Company

I think wal-mart is going too far by adding a health clinic. Its a good idea but wal-mart already has enough money. I dont think their clinic would be as safe or as good as a professional one, but it will bring a lot more attention and customers to wal-mart which is good for them.

I'm sure that many people think of this as going a bit too far. And I'm still not sure how I feel about it, but I cannot deny the fact that it is brilliant marketing. It's another step for Wal-Mart. The only question one might begin to ask is of course how far is too far? Will this create more jobs? Or will this be another step closer to Wal-Mart taking over the market and closing down privately owned businesses? Only time will tell.

At first glance i would said that walmart opening a clinic is an awful idea. I personally do not like walmart at all. As 9i read the article i understood that walmart offering a clinic could help the general public, exspecially ones that do not have that much money. I think they could offer inexpensive health care and they already provide very cheap prescriptions. i would question the doctors they brought in to run it though and make sure its not all just about making a profit.

I believe this is all just a public realtions type deal. Wal-mart just wants to atract new customers and is a pretty smart idea to add a clinic but just goes to show how money hungry they are.I would be skeptical of how good there medical services would be I mean i doubt there is alot of doctors who would want to go work at wal-mart after coming out of what 8 years of medical school. I think they would have to hire all the doctors that arent quallified or good enough for other jobs, and doubt they would give very good medical attention.
