Starbucks Closing?

I think that this is a good idea for a chain to close all of its branches and work on their flaws. I word at subway and I believe that we should have a day in which we close for a few hours and do maintenance and a correction of anything that is being done wrong. Starbucks is making a bold move that will pay off greatly for them.

This is a good thing for two reasons: The first is that workers will reaffirm their confidence in how they made the drinks, and therefore, might boast morale. It might even make them a little more bearable since they would know what their doing. The second reason is that it shows the public that Starbucks really does care about what people think of their products. I'm sure people have already started saying "Let's go to starbucks, they know how to make my drink right.

I really do not think that starbucks is closing down for some kind of training. honestly that is un heard of no one in their right mind would do that. It is a publicity stunt to get more bussiness. They want to show their consumers how much they really care. Sorry to tell you but starbucks does not care about you. they care about one thing and that is money. Short term they lose business for three hours Tuesday but in they long run it will pay off. Smart move starbucks!

I think it is a good idea for starbucks to close down for training. It is difficult to just jump right in and start working if you have no idea what your doing. By closing down for a few hours, the employees will have a chance to better themselves.

I am not sure if anyone has ever been to starbucks or not, but ever time I've been there, (no matter what location it is) i noticed it wasn't organized, and they were rude to customers. I think its an excellent idea for them to close down for a little bit. Its about time Starbucks, you guys have been needing this for awhile.

starbucks closing was a very big deal. i think they did it for two main reasons one to get the publicity from it and also to work on their flaws. it might have hurt their business but it sure did get them in the news and also they get to work on what is not functioning right at the same time. i work at danbarry cinemas and instead of shutting down we go in early because we do not open until noon. however these meetings do not happen very often i have worked there a year and we have only had one i think regular meetings are a good idea.

I think that starbucks closing a few branches maybe but I do not think that they are really closing. It just seems unreal honestly. I think that they are just trying to bring more sells so they can use the money to fix they flaws they have.

This whole thing is hard to believe, I doubt Starbucks is going to close just because of training.First of all I think they are just trying to get attention, not that they need it, but it seems like they could just train everyone after they close at their regular time. This whole thing makes starbucks look kinda unprofessional if they cant even train there employees right the first time,it just doesnt seem necessary

That's a really good idea. It might help production and people might come back more often if the drinks are made better... I believe this will pay off for them in the long run!

Hoenstly, who cares? I mean if they do close I suppose it will help the economy, but they will be back soon so not really. But if they dont, thats good for all of the starbuck customers.
