Interesting. I wonder if this boasts the office morale. There probably would be less secrets in the office place. This might be a good idea. Because one can only imagine the negativity brought into a office place when a man or woman has broken tie's with someone very close to them. It could quite possibly make the company lose more money in productivity than it would if they actually did give paid day's off. This might catch on.

ok so ive heard of maternity leave but this is like so much better. seriously for those who have had a serious break up,(not that id know), who wants to come to work after that...id want to stay home all day a lounge around...eat some ice cream get over it then come to work focused...so i say heartache leave is super fantastic

break ups are never an easy thing..even when you think you break up on good terms you really never do..I think if maybe you focused more on you prioirties first then try on a relationship it would probably last longer
